Dr Rob Nicholls is a Senior Research Associate at the University of Sydney with expertise in competition law, digital regulation, and the governance of technology platforms. He has advised governments and regulators on the legal challenges posed by global digital platforms and regularly provides commentary on telecommunications, media, and technology law. His research examines how existing legal frameworks are — and are not — capable of regulating the digital economy.
